We are seeking an experienced Technical Development Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and operations of IT business applications, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and service performance expectations. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills to guide a team of project leaders and developers, ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of IT business applications.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including project leaders and developers.
- Achieve operational SLA targets, contract terms, and project budgets.
- Drive revenue growth through change requests and new services.
- Ensure year-on-year productivity gains and customer intimacy for strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for long-term and short-term business goals.
- Manage offshore and outsourced IT resources to control costs effectively.
- Maintain continuity and operational effectiveness for all projects.
- Guide staff on project management, system analysis, design, and programming.
- Ensure robust, secure, reliable, and auditable business application design and implementation.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Share best practices, technology trends, and recommendations for business operations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
