As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Experience & Support Manager to ensure seamless customer interactions, lead and optimize customer support operations, enhance retention and satisfaction through effective engagement, leverage CRM tools to improve service efficiency.

Your Role: Customer Experience & Support Manager

As a Customer Experience & Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer support team, improving service workflows, handling escalations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on optimizing customer interactions and enhancing support operations to create a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Experience

- Oversee and manage the customer support team to ensure prompt and high-quality service
- Implement best practices for customer service to improve response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues for quick resolution
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base to improve self-service capabilities for customers
- Monitor and optimize CRM tools and support ticketing systems for improved efficiency

Customer Engagement & Retention

- Leverage CRM tools to personalize customer interactions and drive loyalty
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer communication and engagement
- Implement AI-driven support solutions and automation for faster issue resolution

Team Training & Development

- Develop and implement training programs for the customer support team
- Conduct coaching sessions, workshops, and performance assessments to enhance team efficiency
- Ensure team members stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer handling techniques
- Train the team on CRM software, ticketing systems, chatbots, and AI-based automation tools

Process Optimization & Innovation

- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for process improvement
- Stay updated with customer experience trends and emerging technologies in customer service
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Implement automation tools to streamline customer support functions

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer experience, CRM management, or customer support leadership
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing support teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing customer insights
- Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, and AI-based customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, customer experience, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in training and developing customer support teams
- Familiarity with multi-channel support (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Knowledge of AI-driven customer support tools and automation solutions
