Hiring for Kumaran Systems Job Title: Project Manager Full Stack (Backend + Frontend) Location: Siruseri, Chennai Experience: 10+ years' Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO) Notice Period: [Immediate / Short Notice Preferred] Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer and progressed into project management, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern technologies, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication. - Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement. - Provide technical guidance leveraging your full stack experience. - Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of total experience in software development and project management. - Strong hands-on background in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.). - Proven experience managing multiple full-stack projects from inception to delivery. - Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Candidate must reside near Siruseri, Chennai, and be willing to work 5 days a week from office. Certifications (Mandatory): - PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) / PMI-ACP or equivalent certification. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture. - Experience working with distributed or global teams.
