We are proud to announce the launch of our new Cochin office, expanding our engineering and design capabilities in India. Talented professionals from Cochin and nearby regions are invited to join our growing team and contribute to world-class façade projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering. - Minimum 6 years’ experience in façade design using parametric and BIM tools. - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D Parametric Design solution/BIM (Inventor, Solidworks, HiCad, Revit or Tekla). Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and review contract documents, BOQs, and drawings. - Set up design layouts for curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, and skylights. - Perform structural checks and coordinate non-standard/customised system designs. - Review team drawings and ensure on-time submission. - Coordinate with fabrication and site teams for smooth execution. - Lead and mentor a team of designers/draftsmen, ensuring quality output. - Conduct design coordination meetings and maintain documentation. - Work closely with QA/QC and PM teams to ensure design compliance. - Identify design risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
