Job Description Key Deliverables: - Providing strategic leadership and direction across academic programs, departments, and faculty operations. - Driving the development and execution of academic policies in alignment with the university's vision and national education goals. - Promoting academic excellence through the integration of skill-based, experiential, and on-the-job learning within higher education frameworks. - Ensuring curriculum aligns with industry demands through skill gap analysis and competency mapping. - Leading faculty development initiatives including upskilling, certification, and performance evaluation. - Facilitating interdisciplinary research, innovation, and collaborations for societal and industry-relevant solutions. - Monitoring academic quality, programme success, and learning outcomes through data-driven approaches and tech-based monitoring systems. - Leading accreditation, compliance, and regulatory reporting efforts in line with national and international standards. - Overseeing the general and academic administration of the university for operational efficiency and academic discipline. - Maintaining strong external relationships with regulatory bodies, industry partners, alumni, and academic institutions. - Representing the university in national and international forums to enhance institutional visibility and reputation. - Spearheading student-centric strategies for engagement, support services, and successful career placements. - Ensuring timely resolution of student grievances and fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant academic environment.
