Role Overview: In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure that they receive top-notch service during their interactions with us. You will handle customer queries, provide information about our services, and assist in scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and confirm appointments. - Provide accurate information regarding our products and services. - Offer solutions to customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately. - Work collaboratively with team members to meet established goals. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Proficient in using computers and CRM systems (training will be provided). - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. - Previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is a plus.
