Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident/Attending Consultant in Surgery to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in surgical practice, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for surgical excellence.

Responsibilities

- Perform surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participate in patient rounds and discuss treatment plans with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and recovery processes.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- MS in Surgery or equivalent qualification.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
