About Role :
We are seeking a Technical Architect with deep experience in building high-volume, low-latency commodity, equity, or crypto trading platforms. The role is focused on scalability, infrastructure, performance, and enterprise-grade reliability for our upcoming Gold Trading Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate scalable trading system architecture capable of handling 100k+ orders/sec with sub-10ms latency.
- Define and optimize cloud/on-prem hybrid infrastructure ensuring 99.99% uptime SLAs.
- Architect load balancing, failover, and auto-scaling strategies for high-volume trading workloads.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to ensure platform readiness for high-frequency trading and large user spikes.
- Recommend tools, frameworks, and infra stacks for monitoring, observability, and performance tuning.
- Benchmark system throughput and conduct stress/load testing simulations at 5M+ concurrent sessions.

Experience Required:
- 10+ years in enterprise systems, with 5+ years in trading/fintech platforms.
- Proven delivery of low-latency, high-throughput systems (e.g., equities, commodities, crypto, or derivatives trading).
- Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed caching, and in-memory systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C++/Java low-latency frameworks, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
