Role Description The Manual Tester role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Manual Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, validating software functionality, and documenting test results. The role involves collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure software quality and troubleshoot issues effectively. The Manual Tester will actively participate in designing test scenarios, preparing test data, and maintaining detailed test documentation. Exp: 5+ years Job Location: Gurgaon - WFO Qualifications - Proficiency in Manual Testing, Postman, Test Case Execution, and Test Documentation - Knowledge of Defect Tracking, Test Planning, and Troubleshooting - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) - Ability to analyze and ensure software quality assurance and detect performance issues - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking - Experience with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar testing tools - Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum methodologies is a plus
