Engineering Leader - Oil & Gas Field Services (Digital Solutions) Location: Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai Experience: 15+ years Position Overview As an Engineering Leader for Oil & Gas Field Services, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the oil field services domain. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance field operations, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector. - Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions. - Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment. - Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring. - Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements. - Training & Support: Develop and oversee training programs aligned with both tactical and strategic goals to ensure effective tool adoption. Your Profile - Education:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation/project management are a plus. - Experience:- 15+ years in digital solution development, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record in leading digital transformation and large-scale initiatives. - Technical Expertise:- Strong knowledge of digital technologies (software development, IoT, cloud). Familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus. - Project Management:- Skilled in Agile, SAFe, or managed services delivery models. - Analytical Skills:- Strong data-driven decision-making and process improvement capabilities. - Communication:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Travel:-Willingness to travel to client locations across India as needed.
