Job Summary

We are seeking a Darwinbox Techno-Functional Consultant to play a key role in the global HRMS & ERP transformation, focusing on Darwinbox implementations, integrations, and business process optimization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and HR process understanding, working closely with stakeholders to configure, customize, and integrate Darwinbox with other enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Salesforce, Power BI, and Payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Darwinbox configuration, automation, workflow development, and system integrations, along with a deep understanding of HR, payroll, talent management, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Development:
- Work with business stakeholders and HR teams to understand HRMS requirements and translate them into scalable Darwinbox solutions.
- Configure and customise Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement modules based on business needs.
- Develop workflows, automation rules, validations, and approval processes to streamline HR operations
- Integrate Darwinbox with ERP (Oracle Fusion), CRM (Salesforce), Finance (Anaplan), BI (Power BI), and Payroll systems using APIs, Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Darwinbox best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

Business Process Optimisation & Functional Consulting:

- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business users, guiding them on Darwinbox capabilities, HR process improvements, and automation.
- Conduct HR process analysis, gap assessments, and requirement gathering workshops.
- Design custom workflows, approval processes, and validations to enhance HR efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting:

- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data integrity in Darwinbox.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in Darwinbox, integrating with Power BI for advanced reporting.
- Implement role-based access controls, security policies, and compliance measures.

Support & Continuous Improvement:

- Troubleshoot Darwinbox-related issues, provide ongoing system support, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated with Darwinbox releases, HR Tech trends, and best practices, ensuring continuous system optimisation.
- Work with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll) to align Darwinbox with broader business strategies.

Technical & Tool Expertise:

- Expert-level experience in Darwinbox administration, configuration, and customisation.
- Hands-on experience with Darwinbox APIs, Mulesoft, and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement modules.
- Proficiency in HR data modelling, reporting, and analytics (Darwinbox BI, Power BI).
- Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools for Darwinbox deployments.
- Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
- Understanding of AI-driven HR solutions (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics) is a plus.

Key Competencies

- Essential Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HRMS consulting, Darwinbox implementation, and system administration.
- Proven experience in Darwinbox configurations, workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Strong background in HR process mapping, automation, and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with multi-module Darwinbox environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in HR/Operations
- Experience with multi-country HRMS deployments and Payroll system integrations.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in HR automation.
- Experience with multi-cloud deployments and Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in CRM automation.
