Role Summary – Delivery Manager (15+ Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad or Chennai Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare, .NET technologies, and large-scale team leadership. This is a global role responsible for leading software delivery and support teams across India and the USA. Mandatory Requirements 15+ years of total experience 10+ years as a Project Manager Must be currently working in the US Healthcare domain Must have a .NET technical background Must have experience managing 50+ member technical teams Immediate joiner Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery across multiple customer engagements Lead managers, developers, analysts, testers, and support teams Ensure performance management, mentoring, and team growth Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact for clients Manage expectations, risks, status updates, and delivery outcomes Project Management Oversee planning, execution, delivery of software projects and CRs Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Conduct regular status and review meetings Automation & Innovation Drive automation initiatives across delivery and support Improve workflows, system performance, and operational efficiency Quality & Risk Management Ensure compliance with customer requirements Conduct quality reviews and audits Identify and mitigate project risks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / CS / IT (or equivalent) PMP / PRINCE2 certification (added advantage) Additional Skills Experience managing 100+ resources (preferred) Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) Understanding of software architecture & SDLC Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities How to Apply Connect with Abhishek abhishek.m@livecjobs.com WhatsApp: 9154908075 / 7386971110
