Must Have Skills: - Designing and implementing customizations, configurations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools. - Extensive experience developing Lightning Components. - Developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods. - Creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation within Salesforce. - Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather and document requirements, as well as provide technical guidance and expertise. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications, including debugging code, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes. - Conducting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions. - Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and project managers, to deliver successful Salesforce solutions on time and within budget. Good To Have Skills: - Software development experience in Java, Python, or MS VBA or Visual Basic .NET - Experience with Salesforce administration - JSP, CSS, HTML, and/or PHP - Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. - Salesforce certifications
