Human Resources Assistant

Job Description We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant must be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. HR assistants should demonstrate strong conflict management and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of employee relationships and staffing management. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in recruitment. Responsibilities - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Manage employee relations and address employee queries and concerns. - Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. - Recruitment and Retention - Review job advertisements before posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, and participate in interviewing candidates. - Monitor office supply inventory and purchase new materials while adhering to budgetary constraints. - Administration & Employee Relations - Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. - Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair. Qualifications - Master's/Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential). - Proven 2-3years of experience in HR management and administration. - Practical HR, office administration, and people management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. - Must have experience with IT staff hiring - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information About DCS Plus Website-https://www.dcsplus.net/ DCS Plus is a technology company with over 20 years of experience providing business-critical enterprise software for the travel and tourism industry.
