1 Verifying allocating posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions 2 Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results 3 Preparing accounts reports related MIS reports 4 Analyzing financial information and summarize financial status 5 Presenting the analysis recommendations of the same to Management 6 Spotting errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending 7 Providing technical support and advice on Management Accounts 8 Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures 9 Preparing and producing budget according to schedule 10 Reviewing finalizing accounting for monthly and year ending in timely and accurate manner 11 Supporting month-end and year-end close process 12 Ensuring tax planning throughout the fiscal year Preparing and filing of periodic tax compliances under direct and indirect tax laws 13 Assisting with tax audits and tax returns 14 Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance 15 Ensuring coordination with other company departments Clients vendors appointed CA appointed Company Secretary outside auditors govt authorities as required 16 Planning assigning and reviewing staffs work 17 Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls 18 Ensuring adequate manpower in accounting and conduct performance evaluations of the team 19 Performing other related duties as necessary or assigned Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Akola Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Tax accounting 5 years Preferred Language English Hindi Marathi Preferred Location Akola Maharashtra Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
