Responsibilities Provide L2 support for applications built on AS400, Java, C++, or .NET Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal business impact Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue diagnosis Monitor application performance and system health Collaborate with L1 teams, developers, and stakeholders Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base Assist in application deployments and configuration Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation Communicate effectively with end users and business teams Required Skills Strong L2 application support experience Proficiency in AS400 or Java or C++ or .NET Solid SQL knowledge Understanding of object-based programming Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills ITIL framework knowledge Incident and problem management experience Automation exposure Financial or technology domain experience
