Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead and manage key functions across our trading operations and client relationship processes. The role requires a balance of technical expertise in derivatives trading, Operations in mutual fund execution, and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

Algo Trading Development and monitoring:

- Take the Lead in the development, monitoring, and deployment of proprietary derivatives trading algorithms.
- Maintain comprehensive records and present detailed weekly performance reports to senior management.

Client Relationship Management

- Support new client onboarding, including documentation and KYC compliance.
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities: Wealth Management Division

- Manage mutual fund trading platforms.
- Execute client transactions, including SIPs, SWPs, switches, and related brokerage activities.

Qualifications

- Understanding of derivatives and algorithmic trading.
- NISM Certifications: Equity Derivatives
- Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
