We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. Work under supervision & guidance of CA.Responsibilities and Duties:Billing & InvoicingPayables ManagementBank ReconciliationPetty Cash ManagementDebit Note/Credit NoteAP / AR DocumentationCustomer CorrespondenceBanking Correspondence Foreign Remittance & Interest CalculationJob Summary:We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work under the supervision and guidance of a Chartered Accountant (CA). The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, taxation, and bank reconciliation. This role offers excellent learning opportunities for individuals looking to build a career in accounting and finance.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & BookkeepingAssist in day-to-day bookkeeping and financial entries.Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.Help in preparing financial statements and reports.2. GST & Taxation SupportAssist in GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) under CA guidance.Help in TDS calculations and return filing.Maintain records for income tax return (ITR) filing.3. Bank & Accounts ReconciliationPerform bank reconciliation and cash flow management.Reconcile sales, purchases, and accounts payable/receivable.Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.4. Auditing & ComplianceSupport internal and external audits by preparing documents.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.Maintain proper documentation for audits and assessments.5.
