Job Description - Designation: Head of Construction - Education: B.E Civil / Degree in Civil Engineering - Experience: 18+ years - Job/Site Location: Kalyan - Head Office: Andheri (Mumbai) - Industry: Real Estate Responsibilities - The Construction Head is responsible to oversee and manage all construction activities at site to ensure quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery - Lead, supervise and manage end-to-end construction activities for the entire project - Plan, direct, and coordinate activities pertaining to building and facilities - Executeactivities pertaining toSiteExecution, Value Engineering, and Contractor Monitoring - Responsible for constructionprojects as well as the development of projectscope - Handle entire contracting strategy, schedules, resources, budgets, quality plans and change controls - Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction-basedprojects - Provide value engineering input through the design and development process of theprojects - Successfulexecute theProjects in a stipulated time frame - Supervise day-to-day activity and proper quality control with Quality Assurance - Maintain daily records - Co-ordination with contractor, consultant & Head Office - Overall responsibility of the Site What are we looking for - Sound knowledge of High-Rise building execution - Good command in construction drawing - Good command in surveying - Good command in drawing, estimating, preparation and verification of RA & Final bill - People Management - Excellent Leadership skills - Communication and Interpersonal Skills About Magus Magus Infratech is led by Mr. Mayur Suchak, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative and transformative projects for over 02 decades and the group has played a pivotal role in the development of many ground-breaking projects.
