Role and Responsibilities We are hiring Consulting Physicians to join our mission-driven team at Conscious Health. As a key medical expert, you will translate lab results, symptoms, and lifestyle data into clear, actionable health plans. Working with nutritionists and health coaches, you’ll help busy professionals prevent disease and achieve sustainable wellness. This role offers a chance to practice innovative preventive medicine in a member-focused startup, driving impactful health outcomes. - Simplify Health Insights: Translate lab results and medical terms into clear, actionable advice for clients. - Conduct In-Depth Consultations: Assess symptoms, lifestyle, diet, stress, and medical history in detailed sessions. - Diagnose Root Causes: Connect test results and lifestyle factors to identify current issues and future risks. - Set Measurable Goals: Define tailored, quantifiable health objectives based on consultations. - Create 90-Day Plans: Develop personalized, science-backed plans with lifestyle, nutrition, or medication recommendations. - Collaborate with Team: Partner with nutritionists and coaches for holistic care. - Track and Refine: Monitor progress via follow-ups and adjust plans using new data. Requirement - Qualification - MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology—or equivalent - Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts simply and empathetically. - Passion for preventive healthcare, wellness, and tech-enabled solutions.
