Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales role located in Coimbatore. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region, identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, delivering training for sales associates, and developing sales strategies to meet regional goals. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven customer service experience and ability to manage client relationships - Sales and Sales Management expertise - Experience in training and mentoring sales teams - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the apparel or merchandise industry is a plus
