Job Description

This position is for Content Analyst in Profiles Content team, in Bangalore. With more insight to data on Eikon views we need to ensure the data displayed is of the highest quality. Content is responsible for ensuring that relevant analytical data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
- Developing expertise in data related issues. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Improve usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing guide user feedback.
- Support specific projects, as assigned by manager.
- Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures.
- Responsible for delivering high efficiency and quality data.
- Proactively determine and resolve data problems.

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies

- The critical skills that a successful incumbent would possess:
- Communicate & collaborate closely with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.
- Optimally communicate both internally & externally.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English. A second language may also be required, depending on what market is supported

- Good Financial Market Knowledge, Solid understanding on terminology of Shareholding, Insiders
