Location: New Delhi, India or Dubai

Work Setup: Work From Home

Shift: Day Shift (5 AM2 PM PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to optimize workforce performance, productivity, and utilization
- Forecast staffing needs and resource allocation using historical data and predictive modeling
- Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, enhance data accuracy, and improve accessibility for key stakeholders
- Provide actionable insights to improve workforce management strategies and support organizational goals

Who We're Looking For

Experience:

- 2+ years in workforce analysis, data analytics, or a related role

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in workforce management software and AI-powered analytical tools
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is a plus

Non-Negotiables:

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences
- Strong teamwork and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
