Job Description Production Assurance (MGR Level) About Information Technology: The Information Technology at Axis Bank aims to enable sophisticated product development, better market infrastructure, implementation of reliable techniques for control of risks and to help the financial intermediaries to reach geographically distant and diversified markets About the Role: Support IT services delivered to users enabling the required operational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Meet service level agreement commitments. - Collect & Provide reporting applications health and usage metrics. - Work with system/database administrators and application team to resolve issues. - Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informat and ITIL Certified. ion Technology. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Working knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows and Oracle /SQL Server.
