Liasoning with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure 3. Stakeholder Management 4. Knowledge of IND AS, Sch III Requirements, CARO compliance, SAP, Stakeholder Management, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, and SEBI LODR, Oversee budgeting 5. Well versed with Technology transformation projects 6. Exposure of Leading teams 7. Knowledge of SAP is must Qualifications & Skill : - Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting - Proficiency in Accounting practices and standards - Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive decisions - Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills - CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (preferred) - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or Chartered Accountant Experience : 15 to 20 years
