Notice Period:Immediate to 15 Days
Interview Mode:Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities
- PerformSTD cell characterization(up to 40% of the time) andStatic Timing Analysis (STA)(around 60%).
- Characterize basic STD cells and write ARC for STD cell characterization using PrimeLib/Silicon Smart, including .lib QA checks.
- Analyze circuits at block-level and full-chip level.
- Conduct static timing analysis of DRAM (block-wise, top-level, and cell-level analysis).
- Write constraints, analyze STA reports, and report violations to the design team, taking ownership for closure.
- Handle parasitic modeling, assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Contribute to cross-group communication to drive standardization and team success.
- Drive innovation for future memory generations in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications& Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience inSTD cell characterizationandStatic Timing Analysis.
- Expertise with industry-standard tools (PrimeLib, Silicon Smart, STA simulators).
- Solid understanding of DRAM design, circuit analysis, and parasitic modeling.
- Ability to debug, analyze, and resolve timing/reporting issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor design environment.
