This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders . Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issues. - Synthesise complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership. - Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts. - Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends. - Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms. Key Qualifications: - 13 years experience as a Business Strategist with demonstrable strategic impact - Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and business problem-solving - Excellent communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly - Skilled in tools like SQL, Tableau, R, and Python - Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., CEOs) - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departments - Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel Note: Please ensure you meet the essential requirements before applying.
