Hiring: US Staffing Operations Assistant – Night Shifts | Onsite (Hyderabad)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a night shift, onsite-only position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day operational activities and assist the management team
- Manage accounting tasks including invoices and ledger statements
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation with accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
- Monitor processes and proactively flag issues or delays
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, follow-ups, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in operations and administrative support
- Must have prior experience working with an IT staffing company
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, invoice processing, and ledger management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad
- Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and adapt to changing priorities
