You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support data-driven decision-making across the business. Requirements Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute the organisation’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. - Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities. Financial Operations & Controls - Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. - Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring financial discipline and operational integrity.
