The University of York is leading an innovative and exciting Doctoral Training Programme. Role We are seeking a highly motivated Doctoral Training Project Manager to be based in the Department of Environment and Geography/ Chemistry Student Services team to work in partnership with the Project Lead, Management Team and project partners to provide pivotal support in implementing and delivering the Programme. The role holder will be responsible for coordinating the logistics for a range of bespoke events, financial management, contract management, ensuring good governance, overseeing the logistics for student recruitment, coordinating meetings, maintaining data, preparing reports, helping to find innovative solutions and navigate around potential barriers, and collaborate as an active member of the doctoral training manager team within the science faculty. This post is available at 40% FTE on a fixed term contract. Please note that flexible working patterns will be considered.
