Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic development team The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot Spring Boot MVC Microservices architecture Kafka API connectors and experience using build tools such as Gradle and Maven You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable backend services and ensuring smooth integration across platforms Key Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Applications Write clean efficient and well-documented Java code for a variety of applications Collaborate with Teams Work closely with product managers designers and other developers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions Troubleshoot and Debug Identify and fix software bugs and performance issues ensuring high-quality software delivery Implement Best Practices Follow industry standards and best practices for coding testing and deployment to maintain a robust development process Participate in Code Reviews Engage in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing among team members Stay Current Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute to team knowledge Required Skills Core Java Java 17 Strong proficiency in Java with a focus on backend development Spring Boot Spring Boot MVC Hands-on experience in developing applications using Spring Boot frameworks Kafka Practical experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming API Development Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with API connectors Build Tools Expertise in managing and automating project builds using Gradle and Maven Database Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or similar databases Version Control Experience with Git Bitbucket or similar tools for version control Unit Testing Familiarity with JUnit Mockito or other testing frameworks Desired Skills Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP is a plus Exposure to CI CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins Understanding of event-driven architecture Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 2-3 years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend technologies Proven experience working in Agile Scrum methodologies Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Role IT Information Security - Other Industry Type IT Services Consulting Department IT Information Security Employment Type Full Time Permanent Role Category IT Information Security - Other Education UG Any Graduate B Tech B E in Computers Key Skills Java Development Spring Boot MVC Kafka Spring Boot Microservices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 290 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Location Type In-person Ability to commute relocate Tiruchirapalli Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience IT 2 years Required Location Tiruchirapalli Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
