Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include employer branding initiatives, and reinforcing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
- Skills in Interviewing and Employer Branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
