Job Description Job Title: Central Studio Team Manager Location: Bangalore Shift timings: 3pm-11:45pm (GMT) Experience: 5+ Years Notice period: Immediate to 60 days Email to: [Confidential Information] Job Responsibilities - Day-to-day management and oversight of GCOE Central Studio resources, maintains work schedules and oversight of time off requests, staffing conflicts and resourcing along with direct support of management. - Monitors and regularly assesses overall team and individual performance against goals/KPIs to assess knowledge and performance improvement opportunities, including conflict resolution, staff issues and escalating foreseeable attrition risks. - Actively participates in individual team members performance reviews, providing feedback to management and contributes to the identification of growth and skill development opportunities to ensure constant improvement and utilization of the Central Studio team. - Coordinate with Central Studio resources to ensure requests are completed accurately and in accordance with standard practices / guidelines and defined service level agreements. - Along with onshore team leads, continuous evaluation of onboarding status, training and technical skills to identify when/where additional focus or review would benefit team members. - Share feedback regularly to support management in assessment of individual skills and aptitude along with potential for career expansion. - Provide and share on a regular cadence status updates/reports with leadership. - Ensure the Central Studio team, including all time zone-specific teams, are working together as a cohesive unit in support of the Art Department goals and values. - Maintains a current understanding of Art Department processes, workflows, SLAs and Gallagher brands guidelines, to ensure accurate oversight and output of deliverables Requirements - Master's Degree or equivalent industry experience - 5+ years of previous creative team management experience - Professional and conversational fluency in English is a must, with excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills - Leads with empathy and a solution-oriented mind-set with strong mentorship skills Preferred Skills - Demonstrated project and/or resource management understanding - Experience with/knowledge of Work front or other project management software - Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite programs
