Job Summary: Your main role will be to Sell & Market our new Apartment Project in Belgaum. If you are dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Professional who can promote our brand whilst drive revenue growth and expanding our market presence. * Developing Marketing Strategies *Execute Sales Plans * Managing Client Relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement Sales Strategies to meet business targets. Active participation in Marketing Campaigns, Digital platform, Outdoor activities & Events. Identify and develop New Customer Leads and Business Opportunities. Conduct Market Research to stay updated on Industry trends, Competitors and Customer preferences. Manage Client relationships, Follow up on enquiries whilst Closing Deals Effectively. Maintain and update Client details, Sales Records & Booking in the CRM systems. Represent the company at Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Customer Meetings. Track and report on Sales Performance and Marketing Campaigns. Visits to Client location and Banks. Should work on Weekends and Extended Working Hours depending on Campaigns / Client Availability. QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in industries for e.g. Real Estate, Automotive Sales High end Jewelry, Retail, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Hospitality and Sports Equipment Sales. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Usage of ERP such as Sales force, Farvision etc. to ensure process compliance and transparency. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and closing skills Strategic thinking and market awareness Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Creative mindset for marketing campaigns Analytical skills for measuring performance and ROI We are looking for candidates who can Join Immediately.
