Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 28 200 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Roles Responsibilities Training Program Coordination Plan schedule and organize technical training sessions workshops and certification programs Coordinate with trainers subject matter experts SMEs and vendors to ensure effective training delivery Manage training calendars bookings and resource allocation Learner Support Handle trainee registrations onboarding and communication before during and after training Provide guidance to participants regarding course details prerequisites and schedules Track attendance assessments and performance records Logistics Administration Arrange training facilities labs tools and digital platforms required for technical training Maintain training materials manuals e-learning platforms and equipment Ensure compliance with organizational regulatory and accreditation standards Quality Reporting Collect feedback from participants and trainers to improve program effectiveness Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for management Monitor training KPIs completion rates certification rates learner satisfaction Qualifications Educational qualification BE In any Engg Stream Experience 2-4 years in training coordination learning development or academic administration preferably in a technical or vocational environment Technical Knowledge Familiarity with technical subjects IT engineering or relevant field and e-learning platforms Mandatory Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems LMS Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and process orientation Additional Information We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to manage and oversee the delivery of technical training programs within our academy The role involves coordinating training logistics supporting instructors monitoring learner progress and ensuring that training programs align with organizational and industry standards The Training Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between trainees trainers and management ensuring smooth operations of the academy This is a one year contract role
