Today, we have a global presence with operations in several regions, including Canada, India, and the UK. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. The consultant should be experienced in Security module with Control frameworks. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle HCM solutions, configuring and customizing the system based on business needs, providing expert consulting services, and supporting the overall business processes. The role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, offering valuable insights and recommendations, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to assess and address business needs - Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration - In-depth knowledge of Business Process and Finance to support Oracle HCM implementations - Experience in Consulting and delivering expert solutions to clients - Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus - Ability to work independently - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Business, or Finance
