Responsibilities

Role and Responsibility

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact the organization&aposs operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and discussions with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate the approval process for various projects, permits, and licenses.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory trends to proactively address potential issues.
- Manage a team of liaison officers and specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements in all liaison activities.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- Proven track record in Real Estate liaison and government relations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs / Masters Degree in Any field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful liaison activities and government relations.
- Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and approvals.
