Role Overview We are seeking motivated and passionate Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Engineering Trainees. This role is designed for freshers and early-career professionals who wish to gain hands-on exposure to project planning, site documentation, quantity estimation, and design coordination. It’s a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of engineering projects under professional mentorship. Key Responsibilities - Assist in site visits, survey coordination, and technical documentation. - Support in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, drawings, and project reports. - Coordinate with project engineers and vendors during execution and data collection. - Perform quantity take-offs, quality checks, and progress tracking. - Contribute to preparing presentation materials, layouts, and design documentation. - Maintain proper records, drawings, and daily reports.
