As a Subject Matter Expert, Your Responsibilities Will Include - Developing and refining curriculum materials that align with educational standards and best practices, ensuring relevance and rigor. - Collaborating with teachers and administrators to design lesson plans that promote student engagement and learning outcomes. - Conducting training sessions for educators to enhance their instructional strategies and understanding of the curriculum. - Evaluating existing curriculum and making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and educational research. - Creating assessment tools that effectively measure student learning and inform instructional practices. - Staying current with educational trends and innovations to integrate new ideas into curriculum development. - Facilitating workshops and professional development opportunities to support continuous learning among staff. - Providing expert guidance on instructional materials and resources that support diverse learning needs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum coherence and alignment across grade levels. - Monitoring and analyzing student performance data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional practices.
