- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by offering professional and timely support
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and support teams to meet client needs
- Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in coordination with internal teams
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on customer activity and pipeline status
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
