Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying the right product matches for categories.
- Liaise directly with HEMA’s ambassadors (category managers) in person and document required match rules.
- Provide detailed reports back to DataWeave’s CSM team regarding match rules, priorities, and match quality.
- Review and correct Dutch ↔ English product translations handled by DataWeave.
- Collaborate with the CSM team to obtain HEMA’s sign-off on category match accuracy and coverage.
- Conduct/attend calls with both HEMA and DataWeave teams for smooth communication.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Freelancers/Contractors - 4 months extendable contract.
- Candidate should be able to work from Amsterdam(HEMA) office.
- Fluency in Dutch, with ability to translate product details accurately.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage deadlines.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in product data management or translation.
- Familiarity with category management/product matching in retail or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of the Dutch retail landscape.
