System Management: Oversees the technical aspects of information systems, helps design and implement data management systems, and ensures systems run efficiently. Performance Monitoring: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), monitors real-time operational metrics, and ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Process Automation: Automates repetitive tasks using tools like Excel, VBA, or business intelligence (BI) software to improve efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with different teams (operations, quality, etc.) to gather requirements and provide analytical solutions. Technical Expertise: Stays updated on the latest technology trends, provides guidance on system implementation, and advises management on suitable technologies. Essential SkillsTechnical Skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, and proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and provide solutions.
