What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle-from data preprocessing and analysis of telemetry data to algorithm design, model training, optimization, and production deployment.
- Drive architectural decisions and provide technical guidance for large-scale ML systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and product managers to shape technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) with frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face to build advanced, agentic AI systems.
- Implement and enforce MLOps best practices, ensuring models are reliable, reproducible, and monitored in production.
- Design experiments, including A/B testing, to validate model performance.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering best practices across the ML engineering function.
- Explore and integrate modern ML approaches such as vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, applying emerging ML techniques to IT operations and observability.

What We're Looking For

- Deep expertise inPythonand ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying ML systems at scale.
- Strong track record applyingLLMsand modern AI frameworks in production settings.
- Proven ability to lead projects, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
- Experience with MLOps, large-scale data pipelines, and production model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with observability, IT operations, or infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
