As a Data Analyst at FE fundinfo, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving data excellence and innovation. You’ll work on high-impact projects that influence decision-making across the organization, collaborate with international stakeholders. Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst will include: - Managing distributor cases from triage to resolution within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy and a client-first approach. - Acting as the primary contact for distributor clients, delivering timely and professional responses to queries. - Partnering with clients to understand their data needs and delivery expectations. - Building and maintaining strong, sustainable data connections with key distributor clients. - Supporting data coverage and reporting needs with clear, transparent outputs. - Contributing to the Eco System Pipeline by sourcing data from public sources and collaborating with Data Providers.
