What You'll Do: - Build, train, and productionize ML models for ranking, prediction, and personalization. - Design and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering layers, and learning loops using Python. - Develop model inference services using FastAPI/Flask and integrate them into backend workflows. - Work with embeddings, vector search, and LLM APIs to enhance sourcing intelligence. - Implement automated evaluation, monitoring, and retraining workflows for continuous learning. - Contribute to backend components involving data ingestion, model-serving APIs, and ETL flows. - Optimize MongoDB schemas and prepare feature stores for real-time inference. What We're Looking For - 2-3 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering in production environments. - Strong expertise with LightGBM/XGBoost, scikit-learn, and Python-based ML stack. - Hands-on experience deploying ML models as APIs or microservices. - Working knowledge of backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js. - Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases. - Comfort with MongoDB, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration. - Strong debugging, experiment design, and model evaluation skills. Nice to Have - Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools - Experience with LLMs, rerankers, or recommendation systems. - Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B) and CI/CD pipelines.
