Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Manager Delivery Excellence (QA & Automation & DevOps) - Agentic AI In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Responsibilities - QA Strategy & Processes: Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes aligned with business objectives. - Test Automation, CI CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Security testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI/ML testing, Agentic Testing, Test strategey and planning - Automation Tooling: Lead selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks. - Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop QA and automation teams, fostering collaboration with development and product teams. - DevOps Governance: Provide oversight ensuring DevOps practices align with quality standards. - Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs to measure QA effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Experience in QA and automation and leadership. - Proven experience scaling QA and automation in agile environments. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Worked in large product companies - Built automation Infra from scratch - Lead and built a complex QA strategy , technically and product wise - - - - - -
