Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead and support sourcing activities across India and global markets. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end procurement, cross-category sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of regional and global supply markets, and the ability to manage sourcing projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position will play a key role in delivering commercial value, optimizing supplier performance, and driving consistency across categories and regions. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Cross-Category Sourcing - Lead and execute sourcing initiatives across India and global markets covering multiple categories (e.g., Professional Services, Technology, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Operations, etc.). - Conduct market research, supplier assessments, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies. - Develop and run RFx processes independently (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including scoping, supplier shortlisting, evaluation, and recommendation. - Support category managers and global teams in developing long-term sourcing and category strategies. - Drive consolidation, cost optimization, and value-creation opportunities across categories and regions. Supplier Management - Manage supplier negotiations, contracting support, and commercial discussions to drive competitive outcomes. - Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, compliance, and risk indicators; identify opportunities for improvement. - Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing supplier relationship management. Operational Execution - Manage day-to-day sourcing and procurement tasks including negotiations, pricing analysis, and contract documentation. - Ensure sourcing activities align with procurement policy, compliance requirements, and regional nuances. - Collaborate with business stakeholders across hubs and global teams to understand requirements and deliver on expectations. Data & Insights - Analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and category insights to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. - Prepare dashboards and sourcing reports; experience with Excel is required, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus. - Provide data-driven recommendations that support sourcing decisions and category strategies. TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE - 58 years of sourcing/procurement experience , with strong exposure to India sourcing and global/cross-category sourcing. - Proven ability to independently manage sourcing projects, negotiations, and supplier relationships. - Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and vendor risk management. - Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities. - Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across regions and functions. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or related field. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred. - Exposure to Procurement tools like Ariba, Coupa etc. will be an added advantage. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. - Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with virtual/global teams.
