We are seeking a Backend Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience building scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate has experience working on cloud environments, is comfortable with Linux-based systems, and can design and maintain high-performance services in Python, Go, or Rust. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our cybersecurity products. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Go, or Rust. - Design scalable and reliable backend architectures with a focus on performance and security. - Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring. - Containerize applications using Docker, and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments. - Integrate with internal and third-party services via REST or gRPC APIs. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, or similar. - Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, testers, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases. - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and process improvements. Qualifications: - 2–3 years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust (experience with multiple languages is a plus). - Strong understanding of: - ○ Server-side development and API design. - ○ Software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.). - ○ Cloud computing fundamentals and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Hands-on experience with: - ○ Docker and Linux environments. - ○ At least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). - ○ CI/CD tools – GitHub Actions, or similar. - ○ Version control systems – Git/GitHub. - ○ Kubernetes – for container orchestration (nice to have). - Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building secure and reliable systems.
