This Position reports to:

Manager - Advanced Analytics and AI

Your role and responsibilities

• Design, develop & build visual analytical models to identify trends, drill down using various measures and weave a story using data.

• Develop and run required system reports, analyze and compile data, and report progress and performance of systems and tracked business activities. Create interactive dashboards and reports through Tableau/Power BI

• Must be number & data savvy to crunch through large sets of complex data and derive meaningful insights.

• Support the division in achieving the pricing goals and business metrics and indicators for success. Provide Ad hoc analysis to support the business with actionable insights for tactical & operational price actions. On time reporting of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports & analysis

• Regular monitoring, analysis & reporting on performance & insights to stakeholders. Familiar with Sales business processes

• Ownership of decision support tools including the design, implementation, and end-user training. Ability to analyze data to identify trends and key drivers, including post-mortems

• Discovery and design of new reports; ad hoc reporting as needed. Work closely with Senior management to define new analysis/reporting initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience of working as BI developer in a large multi-cultural environment.

• 5+ years of BI experience, preferably in Tableau or Power BI

• Bachelor's in engineering with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) from an institute of repute.

• Preferably be a Tableau Certified Developer.

• Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills

• Prior experience in B2B and channel sales industry is highly desirable.

• Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations.
