Job Description

Flight Sales (US & UK):

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking domestic and international flights. Use GDS and other booking platforms to provide the best fares and travel options.

Hotel & Car Rental Sales (US):

- Guide customers in booking hotel accommodations and car rentals by understanding their travel needs and offering suitable options with the best deals.

Cruise Sales:

- Engage with customers interested in cruise vacations. Explain cruise packages, itineraries, cabin classes, and onboard experiences to convert leads into bookings.

Meta & PPC Sales Handling:

- Manage sales inquiries coming through Meta (Facebook) and PPC (Google Ads). Prioritize leads, follow up promptly, and ensure high conversion rates from paid channels.

Customer Support (US Travel):

- Provide post-booking support, including itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel documentation. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bilingual Sales Support (English + Spanish):

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers in booking and support, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

UK Travel Sales:

- Cater to the UK travel market by assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, and packages aligned with UK regulations and customer expectations.

Upselling & Cross-selling:

- Recommend add-ons such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and additional services to maximize revenue per booking.

CRM & Lead Management:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business.

Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. Work closely with the team to strategize and improve performance.
